A big health struggle for me is that I don’t remember to eat during the day! It’s easy for me to wake up, have some orange juice and a protein bar for breakfast, and then forget to eat again until 6 or 7pm. I have some blood sugar issues so this is a pretty serious problem for me, and Tristan is constantly having to remind me to take make time for healthy meal planning each day.
I decided it was time to get more serious about taking care of my health, so I signed up with Frelii’s to get a personalized dietary and exercise plan!
I’ve been using their awesome resources to plan and create healthy meals for myself. After filling out a health questionnaire, Frelii gave me a ton of recipe ideas personalized for my specific health needs. I was then able to quickly plan out a week’s worth of meals and generate a grocery list with everything I needed. I mostly chose appetizers because they were all super quick and easy to make, and that way I have lots of little things to snack on throughout the day!
All of the recipes I have tried so far have been absolutely delicious. Tristan and I especially loved the roasted red peppers with fresh mozzarella and basil, as well as these roasted cauliflower bites! Overall, I have been extremely impressed with all the recipes that Frelii has offered me!
Frelii’s meal planning and recipe inspiration is definitely the part of the program that has been most helpful for me. They also have daily customized workout plans and other great tools to help you take control of your health. Frelii will not provide you with an actual diagnosis, but it is a personal preventative health service that will provide you with personalized resources to help live a healthier lifestyle.
As I mentioned before, Frelii also provides it’s users with customized daily workout plans. All the workout routines are only about ten minutes long, and you also get to choose whether to do an advanced or beginner workout. Because I’ve been a bit sick this week, I stuck to the beginner program. Here’s a brief look at what my workouts with Frelii have looked like this week:
